Lakefront Casita in Laguna de Apoyo, Nicaragua – A rare opportunity to build a little cabin or small home in the serene setting of Laguna de Apoyo Natural Reserve.

This property is a generous 682 square meters and fronts the lake so you have access to a very nice section of beach to enjoy the warm and relaxing waters of the Laguna. The lot boasts both beautiful old growth trees and views of the Laguna!

There is a very basic cabin already on the property but as such there is the opportunity to build new as the current building moretorium within the Laguna de Apoyo Natural Reserve only allows construction where there is or was existing construction. Casita Laguna Lakefront is definitely a great spot for a little eco-casita second home and/or Airbnb rental.

There are power lines on the property and reliable internet is available through several providers.

This is a spectacular location in a natural reserve that is truly one of the treasures of Nicaragua, but provides the conveniences of the city as both the towns of Colonial Granada and Masaya are just a half an hour away.
