A charming House and 3 cabañas in Laguna de Apoyo Nicaragua  | Casa La Campañita – The perfect blend of spectacular views, tranquil surroundings and income potential.

Spectacular views abound from all corners of La Campanita! This enclave of homes feels like a forest retreat perched above the majestic Laguna de Apoyo lake. The property consists of a main house that is currently a spacious 1 bedroom, but with a little modification could easily be converted into a 2 bedroom – and 3 separate fully equipped guest cabins. Each of the guest cabins has a full bath plus a full kitchen, and each offers privacy in this extremely tranquil setting. The property is fully fenced with ample parking and multiple bodegas for storage with dependable water, power and internet.

In addition to the spectacular views, the rolling 3/4 acre property is beautifully landscaped with fruiting avocados, mangos and other fruits and tropical foliage. While enjoying your surroundings you’ll think that you are in another world, and yet the property is only a half hour away from the bustling Colonial town of Granada, Nicaragua and just 15 minutes to Masaya, Nicaragua.

La Campanita is accessed on a fully paved road, with close (but not too close) neighbors of Pacaya Lodge and Paso del Tren restaurant. So the upside potential for this property to be used as a bed and breakfast or Airbnb are great.

Laguna de Apoyo is Nicaraguas largest volcanic crater lake that was formed 23,000 years ago after a huge volcanic explosion left a large crater which interrupted the underground water table. Today, the lake is 180 meters deep and four kilometers in diameter. Its clear water is always warm, and averages a warm 28 degrees celsius. The surrounding basin and hillside are replete with goreous flora and fauna including traveling bands of monkeys and close to 300 species of exotic birds.

Granada, Nicaragua is a city that was founded in 1524, as such is one of the oldest in the country and Central America. Drawn by year-round warm weather, colonial-era architecture and the freshwater Lake Nicaragua, travelers from around the world flock to Granada to enjoy the quaint city, first class restuarants and vibrant culture.
